Parking Garage
We are “The Parking Garage” in West Campus! Located at the corner of 22½ Street and Rio Grande Street, The Quarters parking garage has more than 1,250 spaces to serve your needs, with contractual parking available to residents and to the public. Daily parking also is an option if you need to attend class, want to enjoy the offerings of our neighborhood retailers, are attending a UT football game, or just want to visit a friend. Parking has always been tight in West Campus, but you now have a solution at The Quarters.
Daily Parking
- 0–1 hour = $4
- 1–3 hours = $8
- 3–6 hours = $12
- 6–24 hours = $16

*Saturday-Sunday Rates $20 per day flat rate

Important Information
Event parking: TBD. Contact us for rates. Lost ticket fee: $30.
Weekend rates effective 12:01 a.m. Saturday–6:59 a.m. Monday = $17 per calendar day
*Weekend rates are not considered event parking rates.
Certain retailers at 2222 Rio Grande St. also offer parking validation for being a patron of their establishment. If you visit one of the stores, please remember to take your parking ticket with you to be validated. And, tell them your home is at The Quarters!
