As part of the City of Austin’s S.M.A.R.T. (Safe, Mixed-Income, Accessible, Reasonably Priced, Transit-Oriented) Housing policy initiative, affordable housing is available that meets the city’s green building standards at various neighborhoods throughout the city. This includes student housing at The Quarters on Campus located in the West Campus neighborhood.
